  • Will my utility lines be marked?

Before commencing your project, all utility lines will be properly marked. However, please note that private lines are not included in this service. Therefore, it is the homeowner's responsibility to inform us of any propane tanks or lines, aeration system electricals, and any other private electrical lines that may be present on the property.

  • What payments are accepted and under what terms?

We accept payments through both check and cash. To initiate the project, 30% of the total amount is required on the first day, and the final payment is due upon completion of the work.

  • Once the project is started how long until completion?

The duration of a project can vary greatly depending on its scope and complexity, with some taking as little as a day and others taking several weeks to complete. I appreciate your dedication to seeing a project through to its conclusion, even if unexpected challenges such as inclement weather or limited material availability arise.

  • When can I walk on my new brick paver patio, driveway, or sidewalk?

To ensure durability, the joints of brick pavers are filled with polymeric sand, which needs at least 24 hours to cure completely before any foot or vehicle traffic can be allowed.

  • Do my brick pavers need to be sealed?

It is highly advisable to seal the bricks, but it is recommended to wait for about a year after installation to ensure that the bricks have enough time to eliminate any efflorescence or white haze before sealing.

  • How often do I water my shrubs or trees?

For the initial 14 days, water the plants daily, unless there's rain, in which case, skip watering. For the next 14 days, water every other day. After a full month, water twice a week, or as per the weather. During hot months, it may be necessary to water for a longer duration.

  • How often do I water my seeded lawn?

During the initial stage of germination, it is important to water the seed daily. Once it germinates, continue watering it daily for another week. After that, water it at least three times a week for two more weeks. Depending on the weather conditions, water it as per the need. In hot months, it may require more watering time for healthy growth.

  • How often do I water my sod?

For the first 2 weeks, water your sod every day until it feels soft and squishy underfoot. After that, you can switch to watering every other day for another 2 weeks. Beyond that, adjust your watering schedule as needed based on the weather. During hot months, you may need to water for a longer period of time to keep your sod healthy.
